Go to device manager under system properties, and uninstall the device and reinstall it. I ended up restoring it back to factory settings. Microsoft has a downloadable executable now to fix these registry errors. I did load Sprint Music Manager, and it hasn't caused any problems. I had the same problem I've tried unistalling it, to no success. Once I put in the new drive and driver it worked fine.
